Twice during the Vertical Track series we’ll host practice-first workshops for smaller groups of participants, where we dive into specific areas identified to have a special importance for Tryg’s focus and work with Mobility.

The skills labs are facilitated by Talent Garden’s Innovation School together with experts, innovators and startups specially invited to share their insights, knowledge and practical experiences with us.

Looking for the future of Mobility – Designing the next generation business models

Business models is the focal point for any company trying to build new successful products, services or ventures and changing the status quo in any sector. This is also the case within mobility where a growing number of startups disrupt the business models of the incumbent companies. We know companies as Tesla and Uber have already challenged the existing and impacted the industry, what’s next?

This Skills Lab is centered around understanding the important elements of the past, present and future business models within the Mobility industry.

Jesper Munkholm, CEO, SaaSters: Understand the fundamentals in the XaaS business model within an mobility context

Within the last 15 years Jesper has helped companies of all sizes ranging from 3 person startups to corporates with 5000 employees transforming their business model from a traditional hour based business model towards a "as a service" model. Jesper has built several SaaS companies and functions as an advisor for top management on XaaS modeller and digital transformation.

Stig Lyngsie, Mobility Entrepreneur and former Global VP at Fleet Complete: Telematics contribution to the future business model of mobility

Stig have +15 years of experience within telematic and have built and scaled two mobility companies. He took Ecofleet from 35.000 to 85.000 subscribers over 5 years which was among the fastest growing telematic companies globally. Stig has been responsible for driving a customer migration with +13.000 GPS devices from legacy systems to a new platform. We look forward to hear more about how telematics contribution to the future business model of mobility

Mario Filche, CEO & Co-founder, OBI+: How we make today’s cars smarter than the one that just left the assembly line.

Mario is CEO and co-founder of OBI+, a venture-backed company with headquarters in Denmark. OBI+ is a connected car platform that provides everything required by a service provider within the automotive industry to launch a connected car service within days. It is a complete suite designed to enable connected car services at scale.
OBI+ is Mario’s  second venture within Internet of Things and with OBI+ does he aim for making today’s cars smarter than a car that just left the assembly line.
